Role Overview
This entry-level position involves selecting merchandise from inventory to fulfill orders accurately and securely for shipment.
Key Duties
- Pick products from specified inventory locations
- Ensure order accuracy through verification
- Pack and label orders and stage them for shipment
- Keep the picking and packing area neat and well-organized
Candidate Profile
A reliable individual who can stand and work efficiently, communicate effectively with team members, focus on accuracy and safety, and learn standard operating procedures is suited for this role. Previous experience is advantageous but not mandatory as training is offered.
Team Environment
Regular face-to-face communication within the team is expected to maintain a clean, safe, and well-managed work area following standard protocols.
