About the Role
This entry-level position is designed for individuals to prepare products for shipment by inspecting, packing, labeling, and organizing orders for delivery.
Work Environment
This role is fully on-site and takes place in environments such as stores, stockrooms, warehouses, distribution centers, or production facilities. The job involves frequent interpersonal interaction with colleagues, supervisors, customers, and drivers.
Typical Duties
- Inspect products carefully before packing
- Select suitable packing materials for different items
- Properly seal and label packages
- Arrange packed goods for outbound shipment processing
Candidate Profile
A suitable candidate is reliable, physically able to stand for extended periods, communicates effectively, pays close attention to detail and safety, and is eager to learn standard operating procedures. Previous experience is advantageous but not mandatory as training will be provided.
