Position Overview

This entry-level position involves selecting and preparing customer orders for pickup, delivery, or shipment while maintaining inventory accuracy.

This role is located on-site in environments such as stores, stockrooms, warehouses, distribution centers, or production facilities, requiring regular face-to-face interactions with customers, teammates, supervisors, drivers, or other on-site personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and retrieve ordered merchandise accurately
• Confirm items and organize orders for transfer
• Arrange completed orders in assigned staging areas
• Provide assistance to customers or delivery partners during in-person pickups as needed

Successful candidates demonstrate reliability, stamina to be active throughout shifts, clear communication abilities, a strong focus on accuracy and workplace safety, and eagerness to follow established processes. While previous experience can be beneficial, many roles offer employer-led training, making it accessible to motivated individuals new to this work.
