Position Overview

The Order Picker is responsible for selecting store products to fulfill customer pickup or delivery requests accurately and efficiently.

Core Duties

• Utilize order details and handheld scanning devices to identify and locate merchandise.
• Choose the exact products or acceptable substitutes following company guidelines.
• Prepare completed orders for customer pickup or organize them for delivery dispatch.
• Engage with customers directly during order handoff when assigned to do so.

Candidate Profile

An ideal candidate is reliable, capable of staying on their feet for extended periods, has clear communication skills, prioritizes accuracy and safety, and is eager to learn standard operating procedures. Although previous experience is advantageous, many roles offer training to suitable applicants.
