Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the store, dispensary, and team efficiently.
- Deliver professional patient counselling and holistic care solutions.
- Ensure precise and timely dispensing of prescriptions utilizing MyScripts software.
- Oversee and mentor Interns, Student Pharmacists, and Dispensary Assistants.
- Handle dispensary inventory and process orders effectively.
- Contribute to the development and growth of new business strategies.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
- Demonstrates strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational capabilities.
- Exemplifies outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Committed work ethic with ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Possesses sound business insight with attention to detail.
