Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store and dispensary operations efficiently while leading the team effectively.
• Provide professional patient counselling and comprehensive care tailored to individual needs.
• Ensure precise and timely dispensing of prescriptions using MyScripts software.
• Oversee and mentor Intern Pharmacists, Student Pharmacists, and dispensary assistants.
• Handle dispensary inventory including order placement and stock management.
• Support innovative business initiatives and contribute to growth strategies.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong leadership qualities coupled with excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Outstanding communication skills and a commitment to top-tier customer service.
• Prior experience in a busy retail pharmacy environment involving dispensing, counselling, and operational tasks is highly desirable.
• Active registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA is mandatory.
• A committed work ethic and the ability to work cooperatively within a team setting.
