Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the store, dispensary, and team management
• Provide professional counselling to patients and deliver complete pharmaceutical care solutions
• Precisely dispense prescriptions utilizing the MyScripts system
• Mentor and supervise Interns, Student Pharmacists, and dispensary assistants
• Manage inventory and handle order processing efficiently
• Contribute towards supporting and expanding new business initiatives

Qualifications and Experience

• AHPRA registration as a practicing Pharmacist
• Experience in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment involving prescription dispensing, patient consultation, stock control, or operational pharmacy duties is highly preferred
• Demonstrated leadership, strong interpersonal and organisational capabilities
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to outstanding customer service
• Strong dedication, teamwork, and robust business insight
