Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily management of the store, dispensary, and pharmacy team.
• Provide professional patient counseling and comprehensive care solutions.
• Efficiently and accurately dispense prescriptions utilizing MyScripts software.
• Lead and supervise Interns, Student Pharmacists, and dispensary assistants.
• Manage dispensary stock inventory and handle order processing.
• Support and contribute to new business growth strategies.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong leadership qualities, excellent interpersonal communication, and organizational capabilities.
• Demonstrated outstanding customer service skills and clear communication.
• Experience in a busy retail pharmacy environment managing dispensing, patient counseling, stock, or operations is highly beneficial.
• Current AHPRA registration as a licensed Pharmacist.
• Committed work ethic with the ability to collaborate effectively as a team member.
• Good business insight and meticulous attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from $88,000 to $98,000 plus superannuation.
