Role Overview

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will work directly within clients' homes to assist with a variety of daily tasks, fostering independence and enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing light housekeeping duties, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning tasks.
• Assisting clients with personal activities such as medication management and meal assistance.
• Accompanying and supporting clients with errands outside the home, such as grocery shopping.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Must have completed at least 8th grade education.
• Prior experience in caregiving is required.
• Access to reliable, insured transportation.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and completion of organizational and state-mandated training.
• Compliance with state background screening checks is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting pay is $13 per hour with weekly payment. Benefits differ by location and may include health care coverage, hazard pay, time off, bonuses, and a 401k plan.
