• Hourly wage ranging from $14.00 to $17.00, dependent on experience

Work Schedule Options

• Day shifts
• Evening shifts
• Monday through Friday availability

Core Responsibilities

• Consistently provide safe, confidential, and respectful care to individuals
• Offer verbal and/or physical prompts to assist clients with daily living tasks, fostering independence, such as personal goal achievement, meal preparation, housekeeping, transportation, and social interactions
• Maintain precise, timely documentation of client progress and shift activities
• Cooperate with the Designated Developmental Professional and local team members to ensure high-quality care delivery

Candidate Requirements

• No prior experience required; full training provided
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Preferred high school diploma or GED, with a literacy test alternative available
• Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation and current automobile liability insurance
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities
