Position Overview

The Personal Care Assistant role involves delivering one-on-one assistance to clients in their homes. The position focuses on supporting clients with daily living activities such as light housekeeping, medication reminders, meal assistance, and accompanying clients on errands.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform light housekeeping tasks including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning
• Assist clients with personal care activities, including medication management and meal support
• Accompany clients outside the home for errands such as grocery shopping and other activities

Eligibility and Requirements

• Successful completion of at least 8th grade education
• Previous caregiving experience is required
• Access to insured and dependable transportation
• Commitment to ongoing professional development, including necessary organizational and state training
• Compliance with state-mandated background screening is mandatory
