Job description
Role Overview
Join Team Global Express as a Performance & Reward Specialist where you'll lead the development and management of our reward, remuneration, and job evaluation frameworks across a multifaceted workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee job evaluation, grading, and remuneration systems.
- Conduct remuneration benchmarking, lead annual salary reviews, and ensure robust reward governance.
- Offer specialized guidance on pay equity, incentives, and performance-based rewards.
- Collaborate with Employee Relations/Industrial Relations to align reward strategies with operational staff and enterprise agreements.
- Supply senior leadership and the Board with insightful reward analytics and recommendations.
- Enhance reward expertise within the wider HR team.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in remuneration, reward management, and job evaluation methodologies.
- Expertise with Mercer IPE and/or Korn Ferry Hay job evaluation techniques.
- Strong commercial acumen complemented by analytical prowess and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with reward systems in blue-collar and industrial settings.
- Confident in acting as a trusted subject matter expert influencing senior-level decisions.
