Team Global Express NZ provides comprehensive logistics services, including freight forwarding and end-to-end transport solutions, serving customers throughout New Zealand from Kaitaia to Invercargill.
Role Overview
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be instrumental in supporting the commercial team by delivering accurate reporting, maintaining system integrity, and providing analytical insights that optimize sales performance.
Key Duties
- Create and analyze reports on sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics.
- Ensure CRM data accuracy and uphold integrity of sales reports.
- Assist with revenue forecasting and commercial strategic planning.
- Develop and update dashboards, reports, and enhance Salesforce functionalities.
- Coordinate tender response preparation and compile necessary documents.
- Generate customer reports and facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Identify and implement improvements in reporting, systems, and sales workflows.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proficient in advanced Excel functions and PowerBI for reporting and analysis.
- Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
- Strong ability to analyze data and transform it into actionable business insights.
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
- A mindset geared towards continuous improvement and enhancing process efficiency.
