Role Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable Finance Business Partner to deliver commercial insights, challenge existing perspectives, and empower operational leaders with informed decision-making capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with operational leaders to offer commercial guidance aimed at enhancing performance.
• Manage monthly financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Evaluate significant costs, trends, and performance drivers to uncover risks and opportunities.
• Develop and assess comprehensive business cases to underpin commercial strategies.
• Convert complex financial analyses into actionable recommendations for business improvements.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate combines robust financial expertise with commercial insight and establishes trustworthy relationships throughout the organization.

• Minimum of five years’ experience in commercial finance, management accounting, or business partnering roles.
• Possession of CA or CPA certification, or actively working towards this qualification.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret large complex datasets.
• Sound commercial judgement with capability to look beyond mere numbers.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills enabling influence and constructive challenge.
• Resilience and adaptability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced working environment.
