Learning & Development Specialist / Training Analyst

Overview

We are looking for seasoned professionals in Learning & Development and Training to enhance organizational learning, conduct training needs assessments, and drive employee growth initiatives.

Key Duties

• Perform analysis to uncover training needs and identify skill deficiencies.
• Create and update annual and ongoing training strategies.
• Design, organize, and oversee various learning and development initiatives.
• Deliver and/or develop training sessions focusing on soft skills and professional growth.
• Manage coordination with both in-house and external trainers and learning providers.
• Assess training attendance, effectiveness, and outcomes to measure success.
• Keep comprehensive records and reports regarding training activities and statistics.
• Assist with training budgets and administrative management.
• Review training efforts and suggest enhancements or new approaches as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Advanced qualifications in Business or Human Resources at postgraduate level are preferred.
• At least six years of practical experience in Learning & Development roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in conducting training needs assessments and evaluating training programs.
• Experience delivering facilitation and training focused on soft skills is highly valued.
• Knowledge of ERP or HR information systems and familiarity with ISO standards and risk management are beneficial.
• Ability to communicate fluently in both Arabic and English is preferable.
