Position Overview
We’re seeking a proactive and analytical Senior Compensation Partner to collaborate with functional leaders, advancing our Total Rewards strategy through innovative solutions and detailed analysis. This role is ideal for a self-driven individual eager to make a tangible impact in an award-winning workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise and support functional leaders on all compensation-related issues.
- Lead participation in market benchmarking surveys and manage the annual review and update of internal salary ranges to ensure accurate data maintenance.
- Perform market pay analyses, develop conclusions, and recommend company positioning and budget requirements.
- Provide recommendations on offer approvals and pay actions; foster consensus among stakeholders.
- Collaborate on job documentation and analysis to uphold G-P’s career architecture.
- Train managers and employees on compensation policies, career paths, and effective compensation discussions.
- Administer focal point compensation cycles and guide leaders through compensation programs.
- Manage daily compensation tasks including job requisitions, pay changes, profile maintenance, and timely response to employee queries.
- Identify opportunities to enhance compensation programs, processes, reporting, and support initiatives.
- Contribute to compensation activities such as ad hoc job evaluations and market data requests.
- Stay informed on compensation trends and comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize mainstream AI tools (e.g., Gemini) to integrate AI workflows for improved efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
- Between 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Compensation.
- Experience with non-traditional compensation programs is highly valued.
- Knowledge of global compensation markets, practices, and data.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including ability to perform vlookups, logical operations, pivot tables, and chart creation.
- Strong analytical skillset capable of conducting deep independent analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, able to engage with all organizational levels and translate technical compensation language into easily understandable terms.
- Experience leading moderately complex projects or playing a key role in complex projects end-to-end.
- Capacity to manage multiple, shifting priorities effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail combined with a balanced sense of urgency.
- Adaptability to alternate between routine transactional tasks and strategic initiatives.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain strong working relationships across a global organization.
Compensation and Benefits
The position offers an annual gross base salary ranging from 61600 EUR to 77000 EUR plus variable compensation. Sales roles include commission structures, while non-sales positions may receive annual bonuses based on individual and company performance.
