About the Position
We seek a proactive, analytical, and curious Senior Compensation Partner ready to make an immediate contribution in a highly regarded workplace. This role partners with functional leaders to advance our Total Rewards strategy, bringing fresh ideas and insightful analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise and support managers on all compensation-related issues.
- Lead participation in market pay surveys, oversee annual salary range reviews, and maintain system accuracy.
- Perform market pay analyses, develop recommendations on competitive positioning and budget impacts.
- Provide guidance on offer approvals and pay actions, collaborating with stakeholders to reach consensus.
- Work with stakeholders on job documentation and analysis to support career architecture.
- Facilitate training for managers and employees on compensation practices and conversations.
- Manage compensation cycles, including focal point administration and daily compensation tasks such as job requisitions and profile upkeep.
- Propose improvements to compensation programs and processes for greater efficiency.
- Conduct ad hoc job evaluations and market data analyses as needed.
- Stay informed of compensation trends and relevant legal requirements.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., Gemini) to enhance workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in compensation roles.
- Experience with non-traditional compensation schemes is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of global compensation markets, practices, and data.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including vlookups, logical functions, pivot tables, and charts.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to conduct independent detailed analysis.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to explain complex compensation concepts simply.
- Proven project leadership capabilities for moderate to complex initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with shifting priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive sense of urgency.
- Capability to balance strategic priorities with day-to-day operational activities.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude.
- Effective in building productive relationships across a global organization.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual gross base salary ranges between £50,400 and £66,000, complemented by variable pay. Compensation placement is based on relevant skills, experience, and qualifications with gender-neutral criteria. Sales roles may earn commissions; non-sales roles are eligible for annual bonuses dependent upon individual and company performance.
