Role Overview

The Principal Product Program Manager acts as a strategic systems-thinker who converts ambitious company objectives into a structured systemic approach for driving key outcomes. This role serves as the execution engine—operationalizing frameworks, coordinating complex simultaneous programs, and ensuring timely delivery. As AI initiatives scale, the incumbent will expertly incorporate AI and agentic workflows into program architectures while managing the unique unpredictability that AI-driven development entails.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concurrent programs differing in complexity, maintaining impartial supervision and demonstrating strong enthusiasm for successful delivery.
• Guarantee all programs comply strictly with the Program Playbook to ensure technical capabilities and intended outcomes are achieved.
• Implement consistent execution rhythms and decision-making rituals that clear blockers and clarify accountability.
• Serve as an "information radiator" by using transparent reporting to update leadership on delivery health, milestone progress, and risk assessments.
• Embed AI into program workflows, for instance, applying AI/agentic tools to automate audit logs for risks, actions, issues, decisions and distill status updates into concise executive summaries.
• Manage the inherent uncertainty of AI projects by adapting traditional program management methods to accommodate experimentation.
• Maintain a centralized tracking platform (such as Jira or Confluence) as the definitive hub for monitoring initiative status, critical paths, and interdependencies.
• Identify and resolve delivery obstacles in a complex environment, escalating risks promptly when necessary.

Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in SaaS product development, program management, and release processes.
• Experience directly involving AI-centric development lifecycles and employment of AI or agentic methodologies to refine program management structures.
• A Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a closely related technical discipline.
• Demonstrated skill in quickly establishing trust, mobilizing teams, and directing efforts amid ambiguity.
• Effective communication skills to deliver difficult messages tactfully, resolve conflicts, and swiftly adapt to change.
• Proficiency with mainstream project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Google Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of the evolving AI domain including large language models, generative AI, and agentic frameworks, with proven ability to incorporate these capabilities into pragmatic program strategies.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and collaboration skills, capable of clear communication at all organizational levels.
• A strategic outlook balancing both business outcomes and deep technological understanding.

Compensation and Benefits

The gross annual base salary ranges between €93,000 and €116,500 plus variable pay. Compensation placement considers objective market data and candidate-specific qualifications, skills, and experience. Sales roles may be eligible for commission structures; non-sales roles may qualify for annual bonuses based on individual and company performance.
