Role Overview

We are seeking a Performance and Reward Advisor to join our People & Culture team. This position plays a pivotal role by delivering expert guidance and support across various facets including remuneration management, job evaluation, employee benefits, performance frameworks, benchmarking, and reward programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer specialized advice and support regarding remuneration management, job evaluations, employee benefits, performance frameworks, benchmarking, and reward initiatives.
• Conduct remuneration analyses and prepare detailed reports.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to provide expert remuneration counsel.
• Utilize approved technologies and AI-driven tools to enhance operational efficiency and insight generation, all while ensuring strict adherence to data privacy standards.
• Assist in managing incentive schemes and reward programs.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in remuneration, rewards, benefits, or performance management.
• Strong aptitude for data analysis and reporting.
• Advanced skills in Excel, proficiently handling large datasets.
• Demonstrated project delivery capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
