Role Overview

Reporting directly to the Head of Solutioning, this role involves delivering comprehensive business analysis for a wide range of projects and initiatives. Collaboration with business leaders, domain experts, developers, architects, testers, vendors, and product owners is essential to ensure that implemented solutions yield significant business value.

Responsibilities and Approach

As a Business Analyst, you will apply rigorous analytical skills and data-driven methodologies to guide decision-making. Utilizing data, business intelligence, and insights, you will highlight improvement opportunities, validate proposed actions, measure outcomes, and assist stakeholders in making decisions that provide meaningful business benefits.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates must be adept at managing complex and dynamic environments, establishing effective partnerships across all organizational levels.

• Minimum of five years' experience within business analysis, IT applications, or system delivery contexts.
• Proven expertise in leveraging data to detect trends, back business cases, guide decisions, and assess the success of initiatives.
• Successful track record in implementing technology-driven solutions and driving business change projects.
• Experience encompassing the entire project lifecycle.
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and facilitation.
• Familiarity with Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, process modeling, and documentation skills.
• Capability to effectively influence, collaborate, and communicate with broad and diverse stakeholder groups.
