About the Role
Our client is a rapidly expanding international technology company focusing on digital platform solutions in the European market. The organization is currently undergoing a significant scaling and transformation phase, integrating technology, data, and market insight within a dynamic business environment.
The role centers on establishing modern global frameworks and advancing people, reward, and organizational models in an international context.
Primary Responsibilities
- Enhance and optimize compensation and total reward structures tailored to the German market.
- Conduct detailed analyses of compensation data, deriving well-founded recommendations for action.
- Support the advancement of job grading systems and career architectures.
- Participate in salary benchmarking and market analysis activities.
- Address issues related to pay transparency and pay equity.
- Assist in developing and improving performance review processes.
- Advise leadership and various stakeholders on compensation matters.
- Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and other internal departments.
- Prepare analyses, reports, and decision templates for management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in compensation, total rewards, or a related area.
- In-depth knowledge of the German compensation market.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to work.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proven experience engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and operate effectively within dynamic frameworks.
- Fluency in both German and English at a negotiation level.
