- Manage backend Visier platform administration covering configuration, data integrity, security, and governance of report design.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to enhance the workforce data infrastructure.
- Work cross-functionally with People Research & Insights, People Partners, and other business teams to prioritize and execute high-impact projects.
Candidate Profile

This person thrives in fast-paced environments, exercises curiosity, demonstrates attention to detail, and bridges collaboration across various HR and business teams. Past projects may include organizational health assessments, team size and structure analysis, talent density measurement, recruitment efficiency, and geographic strategy development.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least five years of experience in management consulting, people analytics, or related analytical roles within or outside HR.
- Proven ability to act as a business partner, managing relationships with senior stakeholders as a single point of contact.
- Strong skills in data visualization and storytelling, able to explain complex data to diverse audiences including senior leadership.
- Familiarity with Visier or similar BI tools, with preference for Visier experience.
- Hands-on use of AI platforms such as those by Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google for developing tools and streamlining analytic processes.
- Experience with human capital benchmarking and setting organizational targets.
- Comfortable working amid ambiguity and shifting priorities while delivering quality results promptly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with international or multi-location organizations.
- Familiarity with the full analytics project lifecycle from requirements through delivery.
- A tendency towards automation, enabling self-service solutions, and scalable systems.
- Proficiency with scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Up-to-date knowledge on best practices, research, and case studies in people analytics and workforce metrics.
- Ability to bring structure and clarity in ambiguous settings.
In-Office Expectations
Employees assigned to offices are generally expected to work onsite at least half the time monthly, though this may vary based on team, role, and location. Some roles may require full in-office presence. This arrangement encourages collaboration while providing flexibility where possible.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role in the primary location is between €89,600 and €134,400 annually. This may vary depending on location and includes base salary and, if applicable, bonuses or commissions. Specifics of total compensation and benefits, including stock options, retirement plans, health coverage, and wellness stipends, can be discussed during the hiring process.
