Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the reliability, scalability, security, and extensibility of our platforms
- Design future-proof interfaces that facilitate ease of development
- Balance business goals, user experience, and sustainable technical foundations when making decisions

- Ability to work autonomously with an entrepreneurial approach
- Enthusiasm for addressing diverse technical challenges as a generalist to enhance experiences for both internal and external users
Work Environment
Employees assigned to an office are generally expected to spend at least half their working time monthly in the office or collaborating with users. This expectation may vary based on role, team, and location. Certain teams and locations may have higher in-office requirements to support workflows effectively. These arrangements are discussed during the hiring process and aim to balance collaboration with flexibility.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range at the primary location in Toronto is CAD 135,200 to CAD 258,000 annually, potentially adjusted based on location and other factors. This range encompasses various career levels and will be refined during interview stages depending on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation elements may include equity, bonuses, retirement plans, health coverage, and wellness stipends, contingent on location and role.
