Overview

The Manager of Total Rewards and Organizational Development (OD) is tasked with crafting, executing, and overseeing comprehensive compensation plans, benefits, and recognition initiatives which align with the Group's strategic ambitions. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the Group’s structure and roles are organized efficiently to drive performance and scale effectively. Collaborating with senior leaders, HR teams, and business stakeholders, the Manager strives to attract, retain, and motivate top talent while maintaining fairness, market competitiveness, and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and roll out total rewards strategies supporting organizational goals, balancing competitiveness, internal fairness, and cost management across all job families.
  • Supervise job evaluation and grading mechanisms using recognized methods like point factor and market pricing to inform compensation and structure decisions.
  • Direct the creation, benchmarking, and management of pay, benefits, and recognition schemes throughout various regions, ensuring compliance with laws and employee satisfaction.
  • Administer the yearly compensation review process including salary increments, promotions, and adjustments within predefined budgets.
  • Lead organizational design efforts such as restructures and new business launches to optimize roles, reporting, and organizational setup in alignment with strategic goals.
  • Establish and maintain job architecture frameworks encompassing job levels, career ladders, and competency models to foster clarity and talent progression.
  • Ensure total rewards programs are integrated with performance management systems, including bonuses and incentives, to encourage a high-achievement culture.
  • Perform market intelligence and benchmarking to keep abreast of compensation trends, regulatory shifts, and leading practices across multiple locations.
  • Utilize HR information systems and analytics tools, notably SAP, to facilitate compensation planning, reporting, and informed decisions.
  • Drive change management initiatives and communicate effectively about rewards and organizational design programs to promote stakeholder buy-in and smooth rollouts.

Additional Competencies

  • Comprehensive expertise in compensation and benefits program frameworks and global benchmarking techniques.
  • Proficient understanding of job evaluation strategies and organizational design concepts.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a data-driven approach to identifying patterns and insights.
  • Exceptional skills in stakeholder relations, interpersonal engagement, and managing change communications.
  • Experience with ERP systems, especially SAP functional knowledge, is critical for success.

Experience & Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years in supervisory roles.
  • Experience in the GCC region for 2 years is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
