Role Overview

Within the Customer Tribe, a team committed to advancing automation across ASB Bank, you will utilize Pega platform expertise to deliver technical development for various projects. Joining as a Software Specialist & Senior Software Engineer, you will help transform traditional processes into seamless digital workflows, improve customer and staff experiences, and architect scalable enterprise solutions leveraging modern Pega technologies, intelligent automation, and AI-driven features.

Key Responsibilities

• Modernize and digitize legacy banking processes into intuitive, automated journeys
• Design and implement scalable, enterprise-grade solutions using contemporary Pega frameworks
• Incorporate AI, generative AI, and engineering accelerators to enhance solution delivery speed and intelligence
• Create exemplary digital experiences for customers and frontline teams
• Lead transformative projects across banking domains including onboarding, lending, financial crime prevention, payments, and servicing
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to build robust and reliable solutions

Candidate Requirements

• Possess Pega Senior Systems Architect (SSA) certification
• Have 6 to 8+ years of experience in Pega development with a minimum of 5 years at the Senior System Architect level
• In-depth knowledge of Pega Constellation, DX APIs, AI-powered capabilities, and cloud-native technologies
• Good familiarity with Pega CLM/KYC frameworks and integration techniques such as REST APIs and Kafka
• Up-to-date understanding of Pega innovations including GenAI, Knowledge Buddy, Blueprint, Agents, and AI-enabled development tools
• Strong grasp of Pega delivery best practices, methodologies, and enterprise application development
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
