Role Details

As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Testing, you will engage with complex and impactful systems vital to ASB's operations. Your responsibilities include supporting service quality and uptime for crucial financial crime applications, providing expert testing knowledge across teams, and enhancing automated testing frameworks. You will also handle incident management, bug detection, security patch assessment, environment testing, scalability analysis, and reporting.

Candidate Profile

We seek an experienced automation engineer who can evaluate technology trade-offs, influence solutions, and share expertise to uplift the team’s abilities. Candidates should have a solid background in both manual and automated test engineering, a comprehensive grasp of functional, integration, API, end-to-end, automation, and performance testing, and practical Agile experience. Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines is essential. Additional skills in cloud platforms, open-source automation tools, performance testing utilities, financial domain knowledge, and ISTQB certification are advantageous.
