Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Parts Advisors to join our team in County Cork, Ireland. This is a chance to contribute to the growth and establishment of NAPA Auto Parts within the Irish market and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing car parts orders via phone and counter while promoting upselling to enhance invoice totals.
• Making proactive outbound calls to increase customer engagement and sales performance.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with local clientele.
• Promoting special offers, discounts, and customer competitions actively.
• Minimizing returns and credits by accurately ordering and dispatching the correct car parts from the outset.
