Recently entering the Irish market, NAPA Auto Parts seeks motivated automotive professionals to join as Parts Advisors, contributing to brand growth and success in Ireland and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling customer orders for automotive parts via phone and at the counter, focusing on upselling to maximize sales value.
- Conducting outbound calls to boost customer engagement and sales performance.
- Cultivating long-lasting relationships with local customers to promote brand loyalty.
- Actively marketing special offers, discounts, and customer competitions to enhance sales.
- Minimizing returns and credit issues by ensuring accurate ordering and delivery of car parts from the outset.
