Role Overview: Branch Manager
As a Branch Manager at NAPA Auto Parts, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, meeting set targets, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position grants you autonomy over your branch operations, backed by support from the local management team. Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed branch sales, margin, and target goals.
- Ensure outstanding service standards for all customers.
- Lead and motivate your branch team to deliver excellent customer communication and achieve sales and promotional objectives.
- Oversee branch and operational expenditures effectively.
- Manage inventory processes including stock control, stocktaking, and adjustments.
- Control cash handling operations and manage specific customer account processes.
- Implement and support organizational policies and procedures alongside senior management.
- Communicate branch goals and objectives clearly to your team.
- Handle all aspects of daily branch operations.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety within the depot.

- Experience in managing and inspiring teams to achieve performance targets.
