Role Overview
As a Parts Advisor at NAPA Auto Parts, you will play a key role in supporting our motor factor network growth in Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated professionals passionate about automotive parts to help establish and expand our brand and share in our ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities
- Process vehicle parts orders via telephone and counter sales, employing upselling techniques to maximize invoice value.
- Conduct outbound calls to increase customer engagement and boost sales.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with local clientele.
- Promote current offers, discounts, and customer competitions actively.
- Minimize returns and credits by ensuring accurate ordering and delivery of car parts on the first attempt.
