We are currently expanding our team at NAPA Auto Parts in Cork, Ireland, seeking diligent and motivated automotive professionals to contribute to our growth as we cement our presence in Ireland and expand across Europe and worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Process orders for automotive parts via phone and counter sales, encouraging upselling to maximize invoice value.
- Conduct proactive outbound calls to broaden customer engagement and increase sales volumes.
- Develop and maintain strong, enduring relationships with local customers.
- Vigorously promote available offers, discounts, and customer competitions to drive interest.
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment to minimize credits and returns by dispatching the correct parts promptly.

- Demonstrate punctuality, organization, and efficiency with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Show enthusiasm and proactive engagement in customer interactions.
- Exhibit empathy and professionalism in communication with customers.
- Possess excellent verbal communication skills.
