About the Role
Join Anchor Toyota, a division of Steele Auto Group in Stellarton, Nova Scotia, as a Parts Advisor. This full-time onsite position is vital for the efficient functioning of our parts department, focusing on supporting customers, suppliers, and technicians by providing accurate parts information and ensuring timely parts supply through the use of an online catalog.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers by addressing their inquiries and guiding them toward suitable parts and alternatives.
- Manage ordering and tracking of parts required for vehicles undergoing repair, ensuring prompt delivery.
- Collaborate closely with technicians and the service department to facilitate job completion.
- Precisely handle the processing of parts orders to maintain operational flow.
- Perform regular inventory audits and checks to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Maintain productive relationships with suppliers to foster mutually advantageous business partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in parts handling is considered beneficial but not mandatory.
- Excellent customer service skills both in-person and over the phone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- A positive demeanor coupled with a strong work ethic.
- Attention to detail and a keen willingness to acquire new knowledge.
Compensation and Benefits
The wage range for this role is CAD 19.20 to 22.05 per hour, plus bonus potential.
