Delivery Driver

About the Role

Domino's is searching for dependable Delivery Drivers to join our team. We pride ourselves on offering flexible hours whether you want part-time, full-time, or supplemental work. Our pizza is well-loved and in demand, so drivers play a crucial role in customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Process orders received via phone or in-store.
• Prepare products for delivery and maintain ingredient stock in storage, production areas, and walk-in coolers.
• Perform daily cleaning of equipment and facility.
• Distribute marketing materials to customers or local areas as assigned.
• Maintain positive verbal communication with customers and team members.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle capable of delivery use.
• Good navigational skills including map reading and ability to locate delivery addresses within assigned zones.
• Ability to adapt to adverse terrains including multi-level buildings and deliver in varied weather conditions such as rain, snow, and high winds.
• Ability to follow all Domino's uniform and image standards.
• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to uphold high quality and service standards even in fast-paced environments.
• Basic arithmetic proficiency (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) with or without a calculator and ability to make accurate monetary change.
• Competence using computer keyboards and touch screens for order entry.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to receive instructions and meet deadlines.

Physical Requirements

• Extended periods of standing are expected.
• Ability to walk briskly or run safely between the store, vehicle, and delivery locations.
• Occasionally lift up to 30 pounds; rarely lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to carry packages of varying weights and sizes during deliveries.
• Occasional use of ladders for cleaning, maintenance, or signage tasks.
• Capable of navigating stairs (five or more flights) during deliveries.
• Frequent crouching, bending, and reaching while preparing products, stocking, and cleaning.
