Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Strong communication skills for verbal and written interactions with customers and team members.
- Coordination and dexterity to handle equipment, orders, and payments quickly and accurately.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
- Exposure to varying weather conditions during delivery duties.
- Work environments range from cold storage (36°F) to hot kitchen areas exceeding 90°F.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting bulk products up to 50 pounds, carrying trays of dough, and occasionally climbing stairs or ladders.
- Ability to detect temperature differences, differentiate hot and cold surfaces, and maintain safety around mechanical equipment.
Training and Advancement
