Role Summary

We are seeking a full-time Delivery Agent based in Palakkad. The individual will be responsible for collecting packages from specified points, verifying order details, and delivering goods to customers along assigned routes within scheduled timelines. Daily duties include loading and unloading shipments, following navigation instructions, maintaining precise delivery documentation, and securing delivery confirmations.

Additionally, the Delivery Agent will professionally communicate with customers, handle basic inquiries, and report any delivery challenges or delays to supervisors. Compliance with safety standards, upkeep of delivery vehicles and equipment, and strict adherence to company policies and traffic regulations are essential.

Qualifications

• Effective time management and organizational capabilities to manage multiple deliveries and routes efficiently.
• Strong communication and customer service aptitude to engage politely and clearly with clients and team members.
• Basic navigation and route planning skills, including familiarity with maps or GPS applications.
• Physical endurance to safely lift, carry, and transport packages during daily activities.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license preferred along with a clean driving record; prior experience in delivery, courier, or logistics roles is advantageous.
• Dependability, keen attention to detail, and readiness to work flexible hours, including weekends or high-demand periods.
