Role Overview
The Parking Ambassador plays a key role in managing the daily operations of parking facilities, ensuring smooth traffic flow and exceptional service that goes beyond customer expectations. This position involves assisting customers during entry and exit, overseeing parking equipment functionality, and maintaining a safe and organized parking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide vehicles to designated parking areas using hand signals and lights.
- Conduct regular vehicle counts during shifts to monitor availability and prevent overcrowding.
- Process parking payments as instructed by supervisors.
- Verify permits and monitor parking lot compliance.
- Deliver superior customer service to all patrons.
- Alert supervisors immediately of any accidents, incidents, or safety hazards.
- Manage parking access by setting up or removing barricades as needed.
