Role Overview
The Parking Ambassador II undertakes varied responsibilities across multiple parking garages, focusing on maintaining cleanliness, safety, and providing service that surpasses customer and client expectations. This role requires close coordination with team members, Operations Managers, and Shift Supervisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel between various parking garage locations assisting with day-to-day parking operations.
- Welcome guests arriving and departing with friendliness and professionalism.
- Escort customers as needed to ensure a positive experience.
- Conduct vehicle counts regularly during shifts to prevent garage overcrowding.
- Support Leads during cash deposit procedures at pay machines.
- Assist customers with vehicle battery jump-starts.
- Perform patrols daily, issuing violation warnings to tenants or visitors violating garage rules.
- Manage traffic flow at entry and exit points and assist with equipment or general maintenance as directed.
- Promptly report any accidents, incidents, or safety hazards to Supervisors.
- Maintain professional communication with guests, clients, and coworkers at all times.
Candidate Profile
- Strong customer service abilities.
- Able to work reliably under different weather conditions.
- Capable of standing for extended periods.
- Ability to comprehend and follow both verbal and written instructions.
- Dependability with punctual attendance.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
- Successful completion of background and drug screening.
- Submission to a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Preferred prior experience in customer service roles.
