Overnight Associate

Position Overview

The Overnight Associate role is focused on delivering exceptional customer service through handling tasks associated with receiving and managing merchandise flow to the sales floor. This position includes unloading shipments, moving pallets, processing merchandise, all while maintaining a safe and organized work environment as part of a coordinated team effort aligned with workload demands and operational priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare sales floor for the store opening by setting up merchandise and signage.
• Execute merchandising tasks, including labelling and arranging products prominently.
• Perform live unloading of diverse merchandise shipments during overnight hours.
• Prioritize labelling and organizing merchandise within backroom bins and storage areas, distinguishing this role from day/evening fulfillment responsibilities.
• Move pallets between storage areas and sales floor overnight to facilitate smooth processing.
• Support stocking activities on the sales floor as directed and provide customer assistance when needed.
• Maintain a secure, clean, and hazard-free work environment by adhering to company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and ensuring fixtures and displays are safely installed and stable.

Compensation

The minimum hourly wage for this position starts at $17.75.
