Front Store Supervisor

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage customer service operations, including cashier and merchandising teams.
• Ensure staff adherence to store policies and standard operating procedures through effective supervision and continual training.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to cashiers and merchandisers to enhance performance.
• Implement and monitor loss prevention protocols, manage daily cash office inventory, and ensure accurate cashier tracking and procedure compliance.
• Maintain professional employee presentation in line with uniform guidelines.
• Address customer inquiries related to product location and order issues, and resolve complaints in accordance with company policies.
• Encourage customer participation in survey programs to measure service quality.
• Oversee merchandising activities ensuring that shelves are tidy, well-organized, and stock is correctly rotated, and assist with in-store product displays as directed.
• Uphold standards of cleanliness and overall store appearance.
• Comply with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Perform additional administrative and banking tasks as needed, and undertake cashier duties when required.
• Adhere strictly to all company policies and loss prevention measures.
