Assistant Front Store Manager

About the Role

Join a locally owned Shoppers Drug Mart store in Kitchener, Ontario, to support the delivery of health, beauty, and convenience services in your community. The Assistant Front Store Manager works closely with the Front Store Manager (FSM) to oversee the store's human, physical, and financial resources, ensuring store goals are achieved by optimizing product flow from the backroom to the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain store standards to enhance customer experience, increase foot traffic, and improve store profitability.
• Collaborate with the management team to ensure compliance with all store standards, including backroom operations at all times.
• Assist the FSM in labor scheduling using Work Force Management (WFM) tools to enhance labor productivity.
• Ensure sufficient staffing levels for smooth store operations.
• Support hiring processes for all departments except Pharmacy in coordination with the FSM.
• Adhere to Human Resources standards and maintain wage administration according to SLPH guidelines.
• Promote a positive workplace culture by leading through core values, driving employee engagement, and motivating staff.

Compensation
