Operations Supervisor

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor to oversee daily mall activities in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The role involves ensuring the mall environment is safe, clean, and properly maintained while coordinating with various departments and external parties to facilitate smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily mall functions ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment.
• Develop operational timetables and liaise with internal departments and service providers.
• Conduct inspections of vacant units and supervise the process.
• Ensure tenants adhere to corporate policies, operational procedures, and requirements.
• Address tenant and customer complaints and manage maintenance-related concerns.
• Oversee entry permit issuance and track utility bills and other operational needs.
• Collaborate with the Marketing department for organizing events and tenant engagement.
• Monitor tenant payment status and enforce contract compliance with temporary tenants.
• Facilitate communication between tenants, visitors, contractors, and authorities to resolve operational challenges.
• Support legal and emergency protocols as necessary.
• Manage the onboarding process for new tenants effectively.
• Maintain confidentiality concerning all work-related matters.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Mall Operations Head.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Facility Management, or related fields.
• Three to five years of experience in operations supervision, mall or property management, or facilities oversight.
• Proven capability in supervising teams and managing day-to-day operational tasks.
• Solid understanding of health, safety, and compliance standards.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure effectively.
• Customer and tenant-centric approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience specifically in shopping mall or commercial estate management.
• Certifications in Operations or Facility Management considered advantageous.
• Technical or vocational training related to operations or facilities management.
