Manufacturing Engineer

Job Overview

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to collaborate across departments, solve technical issues, and enhance operational efficiency in product transfer and launching new products.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to address manufacturing, quality, and technical problems.
• Create and apply efficient manufacturing processes, techniques, and testing solutions for both new and existing products.
• Ensure production support by verifying all materials, equipment, processes, and technical standards are ready to maintain smooth workflows.
• Lead and assist in New Product Introduction (NPI), transferring products, and scaling up production activities.
• Manage timely preparation and issuance of manufacturing documentation, specifications, and technical reports to facilitate production readiness.
• Offer direct technical assistance on the production line, including assembly, troubleshooting, testing, and handling process-related concerns.
• Develop clear work instructions and manufacturing documents to ensure uniform production practices.
• Analyze manufacturing processes to spot risks and improvement opportunities, executing corrective and preventative measures.
• Utilize structured problem-solving and risk evaluation techniques such as PFMEA to boost process quality and dependability.
• Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, BOMs, technical specifications, and documentation accurately.
• Promote continuous improvement projects to increase productivity, quality, efficiency, and manufacturing capabilities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Open to fresh graduates who demonstrate enthusiasm, genuine interest in manufacturing engineering, and a readiness to learn.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, VBA, Power Apps, and Power BI; experience in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp Pro, and Inventor for tooling and fixture design.
• Knowledge of programming languages including Python, VBA, LabVIEW, and C++ for automating tests and script development.
• Strong communication abilities to engage with global stakeholders and participate flexibly in meetings across diverse time zones.
• Willingness to work within a Class 100 ISO 5 Cleanroom Environment.
