Operations Manager

Role Overview

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing the daily activities of the operational team, ensuring efficient workflows across diverse hardware brands and product lines.

Core Duties

• Lead and supervise the operational team to guarantee seamless day-to-day functioning.
• Manage processes involving multiple hardware brands and associated product categories.
• Liaise effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate timely procurement and delivery.
• Track inventory status, stock movements, and hardware availability to optimize resources.
• Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and update systems reliably.
• Identify operational challenges and introduce corrective and preventive measures.
• Ensure maintenance of service quality, turnaround time, and core operational key performance indicators.
• Provide training, guidance, and performance assessments for team members to enhance capabilities.
• Guarantee adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Assist management through preparation of operational reports and initiatives for ongoing improvements.
• Experience with GeM Portal (Government e Marketplace) is advantageous.
• Leadership experience managing at least a 5-member team is required.
• Responsible for oversight of sub-departments including Customer Support, Dispatch and Logistics, Service Delivery, Tele Calling (Payment Collection), Service Support, Vendor Coordination, and Internal Department Coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, email communication, and general computer skills is important.
