Role Overview

As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in managing back of house operations ensuring stock products are received and dispatched correctly and timely. You will uphold operational processes and safety standards, using equipment safely and reporting incidents as needed. Working as part of a team, you'll help maintain excellent operational flow and organization in the back of house, facilitating efficient space use and smooth product storage. Your responsibilities will also include handling order fulfillment processes such as picking, packing, dispatching, and responding to order-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to operational controls and safety protocols focused on safe handling of products, correct use of machinery and equipment, and prompt incident reporting.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support excellent customer experiences both in-store and online.
• Manage back of house organization optimally, including space management, product flow, and storage efficiency.
• Fulfill customer orders in compliance with company procedures, including click and collect and deliveries, while handling related enquiries professionally.
