Overview
Become an integral part of our Operations Team, dedicated to delivering impeccable and personalized client experiences. We ensure the highest level of operational perfection, maintaining a spotless and orderly store environment while managing retail and inventory operations seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead back-of-house procedures in the Tiffany store, ensuring smooth operational flow.
- Provide exceptional client service, collaborating closely with store leadership to support team initiatives and drive sales targets.
- Serve as a key holder and act as manager on duty in the absence of managers, overseeing store opening and closing.
- Coordinate order processing, stock management, client service actions, and execute inventory cycles and stock transfers.
- Ensure compliance with Tiffany and LVMH operational standards and KPIs to maintain excellence.
- Maintain pristine store presentation and deliver elevated customer services including hospitality, personalization, catering, and gifting.
- Assist with payment procedures and security measures across various channels including omnichannel services and cash handling.

Required Qualifications
- Must currently reside and have legal authorization to work in the Republic of Ireland.
- 2-3 years of experience in retail operations, with thorough knowledge of merchandising, client service, administrative tasks, and shipment coordination.
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Highly organized and attentive to detail.
- Flexible to adapt to various tasks based on daily business demands.
Preferred Qualifications
- College or university degree.
- Graduate Gemologist certification or some formal coursework from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).
