As a Senior Client Advisor in our Sydney Airport boutique, you will uphold Tiffany's trademark hospitality by providing exceptional customer service driven by product expertise, strategic selling, and diligent client follow-up. The role involves not only meeting but exceeding individual sales targets, fostering strong client relationships, and mentoring junior team members to elevate overall sales performance. You will also assist with store opening and closing procedures, ensuring smooth daily operations on the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve individual annual sales goals by nurturing customer relationships and delivering the signature Tiffany Touch with exemplary customer care.
• Provide expert consultative advice and strategic sales guidance to assist clients in merchandise selection in line with Tiffany & Co. standards and training.
• Create lasting bonds through personalized client interactions and execute methods to drive strong repeat business.
• Maintain and inspire the highest standards of luxury presentation and professional conduct.
• Effectively resolve customer concerns and complaints ensuring a positive client experience.
• Contribute actively as a collaborative team member supporting store and company initiatives.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and welfare policies to ensure a secure work environment.
• Coach and mentor fellow Client Advisors to help them meet their sales goals.

Experience & Qualifications

• At least two years of retail experience, ideally in the jewelry sector.
• Proven record in expert-level sales with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
• Availability to work flexibly including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Background in luxury retail and senior sales roles preferred.
• Gemology certification or diploma is advantageous.
