Key Responsibilities

• Execute repairs and modifications on fine pieces made from platinum, gold, silver, and specialty metals.
• Apply advanced jewelry-making methods including soldering, laser welding, fabrication, assembly, enameling, polishing, and stone setting.
• Use specialized machinery for engraving and embossing techniques.
• Perform watch-related maintenance such as replacing batteries, adjusting straps, and resizing bracelets.
• Oversee repair order management, maintain parts inventory, and process tasks via internal systems.
• Collaborate with sales teams and occasionally consult with clients to understand their requirements.
• Adhere rigorously to workshop health and safety standards.
