About the Role
As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate at Walmart Canada, you'll gain valuable experience in a dynamic retail environment that emphasizes speed, accuracy, and quality service. Your primary responsibility is to pick, pack, and prepare online orders efficiently while maintaining high standards for product quality, customer satisfaction, safety, and food hygiene. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately select and assemble customer orders from various temperature-controlled zones, ensuring the correct products and quantities are included.
- Carefully pack orders with attention to product safety, quality, space efficiency, and accurate labeling including pick slips and shipping labels.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area by adhering to food hygiene procedures, promptly cleaning spills, and preparing clean totes for packing.
- Operate equipment safely and participate in safety inspections and checks.
- Balance order fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction by providing support and resolving issues as they arise.
- Adapt to variable work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs.
Challenges in the Role
- Manage a high volume of tasks in a fast-moving environment, including overnight shifts, while sustaining energy and focus.
- Perform physical activities such as standing for long periods, bending, and lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Complete repetitive stocking, zoning, and organization tasks carefully to uphold store standards.

The starting hourly wage is $18.40 CAD.
