Janitorial Associate

Job Overview

As a Janitorial Associate at Walmart Supercenter #355 located in Opelika, AL, you will be responsible for ensuring the store remains clean and safe for customers and staff. Your duties will span from maintaining the parking lot through to the restrooms and receiving areas to ensure a pleasant first and last impression of the store.

Compensation

• The hourly wage ranges from $14 to $27, with the final rate meeting or exceeding minimum wage requirements applicable to the location.
• Performance bonuses may be awarded annually or quarterly.
• Additional premiums ranging between $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be applicable based on shift schedules, facility, season, or specific tasks performed, with the possibility of receiving multiple premiums if criteria are met.

Work Schedule

Positions are full-time with available shifts during opening and morning hours.
