Job Summary

The Janitorial Associate is responsible for ensuring that the store creates a positive first and last impression by maintaining cleanliness throughout the premises. This includes taking care of all areas such as the parking lot, restrooms, and receiving zones, ensuring a safe and inviting environment for customers.

Compensation and Work Hours

• Hourly wage ranges from $14 to $27, with the exact rate meeting or surpassing the local minimum wage.
• Additional pay may come through annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Special premium pay may apply, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on factors like shift schedule, work location, season, or specific tasks performed. Multiple premiums could be combined if criteria are met.
• Available shifts include Mid-Shift and Closing.
